- Update nuget_build.ps1 to build VS2026 (v145) variants - Ignore VS/nuget artifacts in .gitignore - Add generated VS2026 project files

Note that NuGet builds are built via AppVeyor which doesn’t have support for VS2026 yet. This won’t be merged until that happens. |
