Description
This PR adds Module 1: Stacking by @jadonamite. It documents the implementation of a decentralized stacking pool using the new pox-4 trait. It specifically addresses the transition from passive locking to active signer validation required for the Nakamoto release.

Content Overview
Concept: Explains the role of the Signer in PoX-4 reward distribution.

Implementation: Provides the pattern for stack-aggregation-commit-indexed with signer authorization.

Validation: Outlines how to verify signer-node event observation.

Checklist
[x] Content verified against Stacks Epoch 3.0 (Nakamoto).

[x] Code examples follow security best practices for signer signatures.

[x] Formatting follows the repository's Docusaurus style guide.

@jadonamite There's a few issues with this PR that i'll need you to address:

  • mentioning the Nakamoto upgrade, as if it's recently new, is not necessary anymore. Anything Nakamoto related now should just be referred to as being part of Stacks now. No need to distinguish pre and post Nakamoto.
  • there is no declaration/context of the error code (err u403) in the coding snippet.
  • the syntax of tx-sender.pool-admin in the coding snippet is not valid.
  • this coding snippet is merely just a wrapper function for stack-aggregation-commit-indexed, there's no other useful logic baked into it.
  • the Tutorials section of our docs consists of long-form end-to-end guides on building complete applications with Stacks. this tutorial of yours needs to be in a longer format that explains more substance to a new developer.

Again, please review your PRs before submitting them. There's already been quite a few errors/inaccuracies with your other PRs as well.

this still doesn't constitute as a long form tutorial. this is better suited as a guide living in an external blog post rather than in the Stacks docs. you could post this on an external blog post and then we could link to it as a reference example.
