- Add 9 documentation guides (TESTING, COST, PRODUCTION, FAQ, QUICKREF, ARCHITECTURE, MAKEFILE, GETTING_STARTED, CONTRIBUTING)
- Add 5 production-ready handler examples (GitHub, Stripe, multi-API, error handling)
- Add complete testing infrastructure (integration tests, local testing, Docker RIE setup)
- Add Makefile with 30+ commands for build, test, and deployment automation
- Fix bootstrap to handle missing _HANDLER environment variable gracefully
- Remove all emojis from markdown and shell files
- Verify Docker images and local testing workflow
