Related to precice/fenics-adapter#202 and precice/fenics-adapter#201

Triggered a system tests build: https://github.com/precice/tutorials/actions/runs/21912133144 (failing for unrelated reasons: https://gitlab.com/openfoam/core/openfoam/-/issues/3496)

I triggered the tests again. The adapter builds successfully:

but when starting the case, the module is not found:
