Added an option to switch to a schema when the user is inactive, and restore the previous one when an activity is detected.

This helps to reduce CPU power consumption by ~10-15% and turn off screens/HDDs early by switching to the "Power saver" schema, while maintaining full CPU performance when the user is in front of their PC.

I'm using it to reduce my workstation's power consumption when I'm temporarily away from the screen, as I have to run it on batteries/solar power due to grid outages caused by Russia's bombings of Ukraine.
