DNAnalytics -------------------------------- Exome analysis tools This software has several tools for analysing exome data. Its main objective is to take 2 fastq files and obtain all variants from a sample. After that, variants can be annotated and filtrated, so it's possible to reduce the amount of variants to a few hundreds.
