Description
Implement retained learning governance with a new
LESSONS.mdfile and refine related documentation. RemoveCOPILOT_REVIEW.mdand historical audit records to streamline governance. Introduce a local copilot overrides layer and enhance clarity in documentation regarding skills and agents. Conduct comprehensive tests for governance scripts and ensure all scripts have declared test owners. Update various documentation files to reflect these changes and improve consistency.Change Type
