@RafaelGSS I'm guessing your ping in #1012 hasn't resulted in you getting access yet even though you're in the list so I'll ping some people in here too who might have know what needs to happen to effect this change: @mhdawson @joyeecheung @joesepi @mcollina @ruyadorno @marco-ippolito |

That's possibly something worth having in the doc too 🤔 |

I think I can add you to the list of maintainers. Going to ping you on Slack about email to use. |

I added @sxa with permissions to "modify events". There's another permission to manage who can have access to the calendar (admin level access, I figure). It seems other than OpenJSF staff only Micheal and I have that access. I don't know what's the "entry criteria" between the two kind of access and can't remember when or under what circumstance did I get it but I am fairly certain it was Micheal who added me there. Since Micheal may be less active now and @sxa expressed interest in helping out with calendar maintenance I wonder if we should also add more people to be maintainer. cc other current maintainers to see if they have an opinion / know what's the difference between the accesses. @rginn @kyliewd @bensternthal Also just in case, @mhdawson - would you prefer to keep the access? |

@joyeecheung From my perspective, it would be great if we could continue to migrate these events to LFX. This gives us the unified public calendar. It is a slow migration but at some point we want folks to be able to browse meetings across all OpenJS projects: https://zoom-lfx.platform.linuxfoundation.org/meetings/ojsf?view=week All that being said with everyone at the foundation able to manage sharing, you should have enough backups if you need to make a change. If you do want to make changes, please let us know. |

Adding myself after a discussion with @richardlau about some potential discrepencies with the current data, potentially as a result of some meetings moving to LFX.
Noting that I already have access to zoom as per https://github.com/nodejs/email/blob/8e7172f12f7d4d7507effe35e9893eb3d6897ebb/iojs.org/aliases.json#L215 so this part of helping to assist in hosting project meetings going forward.
