Auto Patch gnupg2 for CVE-2026-24882, CVE-2025-68973.

ptest is a known failure, checked older ptest results also checked by just bumping the release to compare tests at Buddy Build

Both patch matches upstream, patching cmd has been modified with -p1 which is standard.
ptest is a known failure, Delta Build passed. LGTM
