Overview
Updates Managed Auth docs to reflect default automatic credential saving for re-authentication. Examples across credentials.mdx, managed-auth/overview.mdx, hosted-ui.mdx, and programmatic.mdx remove the save_credential_as parameter and instead show auth.connections.login(auth.id) as the standard flow.

Adds/clarifies that credentials are updated after each successful login, one-time codes are not saved, and users can disable saving via save_credentials: false when creating the connection; wording is adjusted to describe automatic merging of user-provided values into existing credentials.
