Updates the project changelog to document recent parser/builder enhancements and behavioral changes so consumers can understand what’s new since 1.0.0.
Changes:
- Documented new parsing options (
maxDepth,strict) and DOCTYPE skipping behavior. - Noted behavioral changes in attribute handling, namespace stripping output, and builder empty/null serialization.
