Changes:
- Namespace: demo-api-dmisiuk → dmisiuk-node-express-boilerplate
- Resource names: demo-api → node-express-boilerplate
- Hostname: demo-api.openfab.dev → node-express-boilerplate.openfab.dev
Aligns with {customer}-{repo-name} convention for consistency
across Kubernetes, OpenBao, and documentation.
🚀 FluxNow: Automated Platform Onboarding
Change hostname to 'dmisiuk-node-express-boilerplate.openfab.dev'
to follow {customer}-{repo-name} pattern and prevent conflicts when
different users have repos with the same name.
Related to subdomain conflict prevention strategy.
