@stevenhua0320 please confirm there are no incorrect references to python versions in any documentation and readmes and report back here. Thanks.

I have done a global search for the version by typing 3.11, and there is no active code/docstring that still uses this (The only place that we have this is in changinglog which in the last time release we mentioned that we remove support for python<3.11, but it is not reference. :) )
