Remove obsolete project generator tests

Summary

• delete redundant E2E/manifest tests that no longer reflect the current generator logic and now rely on a smaller class manifest
• keep existing Room DI assemble test but only run unit tests for the NONE variant
• update ModuleClassPlannerAndroidTest to assert against the minimum class count constant
