Adds an Architecture: Engine vs Host App section to AGENTS.md so agents understand that core logic lives in engine/ and the top-level app is a thin deployment shell.

Also adds a note about MySQL not supporting default: on JSON columns to prevent future migration errors.

- Add Architecture section explaining that core logic lives in the engine
- Detail what belongs in engine/ vs the top-level host app
- Add MySQL JSON column default warning to prevent migration errors
