Issue #1871 : XML cleanup of the HTTP transform

• XML serialization cleanup
• Getter/Setter cleanup
• Detailed XML serialization test with round trip. This also tests all getters and setters
• Removed Mockito tests which don't like the new code style.
• Fixed Sonar warnings (code complexity etc)

Note that I had trouble validating test 00006 of the HTTP integration tests which uses the HTTP Action. TBC that the issue is unrelated.
