🤖 AI Agent Development (Microsoft Copilot)
- Attended seminars and conferences on Microsoft Copilot and the AI Agent ecosystem
- Applied Requirements Engineering to scope, design, and ship AI Agents for internal departments:
- Enterprise System Agent — Automated workflows for the Enterprise Systems team
- Email Manager Agent — Intelligent email management assistant for internal use
- Employee Travel Agent — Streamlined travel request and management flows

⚙️ Billing Automation (P1 Critical Issue)
- Mobilised to address a Production Incident involving corrupted billing data impacting customer integrity
- Built an Automated Remediation Architecture using Power Automate and Snowflake SQL:
- Intelligent SQL scanning across Assets, Contracts, and Subscriptions to detect failure patterns
- Context-aware triage logic
- Closed-loop error logging back to Snowflake for full auditability
- Gained real-world perspective on how system architecture impacts business operations and customer trust
