Fixes staticcheck SA5008 lint failures in generated code (unexported struct fields with json tags).
Replaces regenerate-sdk.yaml (direct mode, PR trigger) with: - sdk-generation.yaml: PR mode, triggers on push to main - sdk-publish.yaml: tags release on merge Both use SDK_MERGE_PAT and Speakeasy v1.761.1.
