This PR contains content for the OpenSn user guide as well as minor formatting fixes.
The user guide content is mostly LLM-generated. This is not ideal, but, given our time and manpower constraints, it at least provides a starting spot. All of the contents of the user guide need to be curated by an actual person. If you have spare time, please volunteer to help improve our documentation!
I've made a quick pass through every section. Lot's of fixes and additions. At this point, minus any glaring issues, I think it's ready for merge.
Once this PR is merged, we can revise with focused PRs.
