Updated documentation to include new user invite role in Control Center

Updated Managing Octopus subscriptions and Getting started with Cloud to include the new Cloud Subscription User (Contributor) role for inviting users in Control Center.

Important

Please also review and approve #2706 (Doc styling improvements). The Table and Tab components urgently need the new styling updates applied to improve readability. See screenshots below.

We'd really appreciate it if you could approve and merge this PR urgently. It's purely a documentation update and doesn't contain any of the requested styling code changes. Getting this merged will help us wrap up our project, as this is the last remaining task.

The documentation styling PR can be handled separately whenever you have the bandwidth for it.
