💡 What: Implemented a
debouncefunction for the search input and aprepareSearchIndexfunction to pre-calculate search strings and date formats on data load.🎯 Why: Search filtering was causing re-renders on every keystroke and performing expensive string/date operations inside the render loop (O(N*M)).
📊 Impact: Reduces filtering time by ~40-60% (1.7ms -> 1.0ms for 5000 items in benchmark) and eliminates redundant date parsing during renders. Debouncing further reduces UI thread blocking.
🔬 Measurement: Verified with a benchmark script showing consistent speedup and identical search results.
