TICKET-598: Fix localization error

Proposed Changes - 🐛 Bug fix

The Test Runs Status tab, missing en.automated_tests.test_runs_statuses.in progress translation is reported instead of in progress. Let's remove the obsolete line to resolve the locatization error.
