This changes the report modal to defer the interaction while the bot uploads the files to the mod channel, preventing Discord from timing out the interaction when uploading large files and leading users to submit the report multiple times.
Tested locally, bot showed
[HelpBot] is thinking...while it was uploading, sent the files, and successfully replied (ephemerally) to the interaction.
