Remove unused nesbot/carbon dependency

nesbot/carbon ^2.0||^3.0 was declared as a dependency but is not referenced anywhere in the codebase. This caused an unresolvable conflict when installing alongside packages like illuminate/support ^5.5, which requires nesbot/carbon ^1.20.
