Through this project, I strengthened my understanding of how to structure a complete and professional landing page using semantic HTML elements. I worked with headers, navigation bars, sections, footers, block‑level containers, lists, and graphic assets such as images. These foundations are essential for building modern interfaces inspired by layout‑driven designs.
I refined my ability to style a page using CSS, focusing on Flexbox layouts, typography, color palettes, hover interactions, and clean organization of styles across dedicated files. Reproducing a minimal, well‑spaced, grid‑based design helped me better understand how professional interfaces maintain balance and visual clarity. Another important aspect was learning how to create an orderly and scalable layout. Even in a static page, I practiced handling content grids, visual alignment, and the separation between structure (HTML) and presentation (CSS).
These skills are crucial when building interfaces that resemble real production websites. I also integrated external resources, such as images from the project’s folder and icon libraries like Font Awesome, which are widely used in modern landing pages. This improved my understanding of how external assets contribute to a polished and functional design. Finally, I used a project screenshot to document the final result, allowing me to visually present the outcome, compare it with the original reference, and evaluate potential improvements.
Overall, creating this static replica helped me develop a sharper design eye, improve my ability to translate a mockup into code, and strengthen a typical front‑end workflow—from structure, to styling, to refinement. It also served as valuable practice for building a solid foundation in web design and front‑end development.
