TPC: Delete unused files

The time series files can be removed. I dont know about the other two files

I think ClusterContainer is not needed any more, if removing it does not break the build.

@matthias-kleiner @davidrohr Thanks.
The file Detectors/TPC/qc/test/test_DCSPTemperature.cxx was added in #8745 and it seems like it was omitted from compilation by mistake.
If the related DCSPTemperature files are still used, I assume the test should be added in compilation, otherwise I would suggest to remove those files too.

Hi, the file was added by @tklemenz , I suggest he comments if it is needed.
In general though, I do not see a problem if there are some unused files in O2, so I would not be too aggressive to remove stuff if it is not clear if it is needed.

Hi, AFAIK @tklemenz is not in ALICE any more, so I would not expect his response.

@davidrohr According to Maximilian Korwieser @makor, the DCSPTemperature code is not being actively developed but the work might be resumed soon.
So I removed the test file from the PR and left only the already approved changes.
