actually the Open Doucmentation Guide spiral might be a better more up to date resource here, as this is not limited to but perfect for Hardware too

got your point, but its a resource of the open hardware guide module.
anyway i am open for the suggestion and also to change the current state. i think you were one of the main creators of these guides, i trust your opinion on that.
