Add Bucket

This PR adds Bucket.co to the Prototyping category. Bucket is a feature flagging tool for React, Node.js, and Next.js.

@fmerian Bucket is indeed a good tool for devs and feature flags. I do fail to see though how it has an AI native component to it ? It seems to fall more under traditional tools for feature flagging.

re: AI native components. Bucket is the most AI-integrated FF tool right now. We just launched an MCP server ¹ and are experimenting with a GitHub app to clean up stale flags automatically — currenty in alpha. ²
