Use "slight" hinting DONE- Embiggen fonts. Especially in Firefox, they're just too small
- Investigate patches. Ubuntu patches things up the gazoo, and there's always Infinality, but it has stability/QA issues. This is a last resort
- Have started incorporating Ubuntu-style fontconfig tweaks. More work to be done
