[Bug]: "app:globalhotkey" doesn't bring the window to the front

Current Behavior

When setting the app:globalhotkey config, the Wave icon flashes in my taskbar to indicate it's active, but the window is never maximized or brought to front.

Expected Behavior

The Wave window should be brought to the front of all active windows

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set app:globalhotkey in the config file
2. Restart the app to register the hotkey
3. Minimize the window and bring a different window to the front
4. Press the registered hotkey to open Wave
