[Feature]: Tear-off tabs to new window

Feature description

I want to be able to select a tab, drag it to OUTSIDE the current window, release, and place that tab and it's content in a NEW WINDOW. Allowing reference of multiple terminals (tabs) in multiple windows.

Also, add-back would be nice.
