Config directory should be the same for desktop and daemon

Currently (Linux):

* Desktop: ```~/.config/Syncrypt```
* Daemon: ```~/.config/syncrypt```

We should use ```~/.config/syncrypt``` for both.

The other platforms should be analogous.
