Adapt CLI wizard to new module configuration system

Adapt the existing wizard to support the new module configuration mechanism and framework architecture changes. The wizard guides users through infrastructure choices including :

• Database
• Worker
• Settlement
• Bridging
• Metrics
• Indexer
• Processor
