[Bug]: T3 Code logo appears mis-anchored when resizing the Projects sidebar

Steps to reproduce

1. Open T3 Code desktop app.
2. Make sure the Projects sidebar is visible.
3. Resize the Projects sidebar narrower and wider.
4. Watch the T3 Code alpha logo/header area while the width changes.

Expected behavior

The T3 Code logo should stay visually centered and anchored inside its container while the Projects sidebar is resized.

Actual behavior

The logo appears off-center / badly anchored during sidebar resizing, so the header area looks visually wrong as the panel width changes.
