[Bug]: After changing the account in the codex app the old thread is still using the previous account

Steps to reproduce

I am using multiple 20USD codex accounts after switching the account it works for the new threads but older one still uses the previous account for some reason.

The working thread can be seen on the sidebar in the screenshot, while the old thread still gives the limit reached error.

Expected behavior

It should use the same account as the codex app.

Actual behavior

Old thread on a worktree keep on using the old account for codex after switching to another one in the codex app.

Impact

Blocks work completely

did you keep t3code open and changed codex accounts? i think that wont work since the app server session would be kept open with your existing account. you'd need to close t3code so the underlying codex process restarts and recognizes your new login

Thanks, I will keep that in mind next time.

It would be awesome if we could just check usage and change accounts in T3 code itself, and never have to open the Codex etc. apps again.

I guess too much for now, but would be awesome.
