Use mapping files defined in the app "resources" #267
Description
Currently, Maestro triggers the creation of indices with "best guess" mapping, instead of using the mappings provided in maestro-app/src/main/resources.
This ticket needs to be done in conjunction with ticket #268, that ensures projects can make those mapping files their own.
