Validation not according to 2.3 spec

In 2.3 spec, "maxduration" under video impression is marked as "recommended" but validator is considering it as "required".

Good catch. Those fields should in fact be recommended and thus not
required in the validator.

Thanks for the response @drjbutler .
I have raised a pull request which changes "maxduration" and "minduration" to recommended.
