Make PyLATO a python executable

• Move models folder to sit within pylato folder
• I think to make it installable and runnable you usually use pyinstaller -- need to check this
• Upload to pypi
• Do pip install pylato and test that you can then just run pylato like an executable for a given job specification file

I've not heard of pyinstaller but I can't imagine you need it (maybe it was a solution when people used distutils)
Because you are using setuptools you can just add an entry_points section to your setup.py
