Missing administrative area level

Congratulations for the package but I must point out that for the county Italy there is no administrative area.

In your database there are: continent, country, province and city.
In Italy we have: continent, country, region (what was inserted in province), province and city

This may seem trivial but it does not allow us to use this database because we cannot build a complete address. This same problem often occurs in several states of South America

PS:: there are also problems in the regions because 2 incorrect data are entered: Barletta-Andria-Trani and Ravenna they are not regions

The data can be corrected in the locations.json file located in the database/seeds folder or directly in the database.

I have worked on the issue and added RegionRepository to properly handle regions. Now, the package fully supports regions.

However, I encountered inconsistencies in region, province, and city data for Italy. The main data source I’m using is:

Could you recommend a reliable and authoritative source for Italy’s administrative divisions? Ideally, the source should align with global standards and be easy to integrate.

from a quick online search I found this:
https://www.istat.it/classificazione/codici-dei-comuni-delle-province-e-delle-regioni/
which is an official Italian source. However, it should be processed to extract the data every time it is updated.

I think the difficult thing about having a global database of cities is collecting and keeping the data updated... otherwise the data is never correct
