I hope you can help with a nearly same display from a brother fax machine and it has only one line :/
this LCD is working with your library but only when Pin10 is NOT connected, then I have to wait some time, after waiting the LCD displays some character but they are nonsense :/
Maybe you have some hints which parameter to modify in your library?!
