release new version to fix python 3.12 warning

Let me pop in to quickly point out that it may take a while for someone to get to it. I've been involved in two pull requests aiming to fix project CI here, one of them trying to add support for new Python/Django versions, and we've been getting the runaround for months.

This is a situation often seen with open source projects and, most importantly, I must emphasize that I very much appreciate the work the maintainers do out of goodness of their hearts. This implies, however, that demanding any kind of prompt attention is a non-starter — they don't have any obligations of the sort — and if this is a pressing issue in your use case, you may need a different approach, probably one that involves using a patched or a non-released version or maintaining a fork yourself.
