.. tested the lib into some samples (all works)

and afterwards i am created also an equivalent Rnd static wrapper (around over haxe4 incompleteness into that *lol) -> ))) i am not really sure also into using UInt everywhere (into mind what pure algorithm is delivering .)

everything is working of your old code and into algorithm *hugs (-> more optimizationlater.)
(made some changes only into "namespace .. .any -> now its time to using it 4me .)
