Could either of you provide reproducible testing steps for this issue? Right now we have nothing to run off of so there is almost no chance of this getting fixed as-is.

In case this is helpful to anyone, I noticed that with Next.js router changes from one url to another (i.e. different router.asPath values) but which use the same dynamic path (i.e. router.pathname), the scripts aren't executed.

I added a key prop with a unique identifier to the component, which forces React to re-mount it when there's a change. Now it works perfectly fine.

Example:
