ANGLE installation does not work

  If tracing on Android:

• Android Version: 16

Bug description
In the Capture New Trace modal dialog I press button Install ANGLE. Web browser opens with url https://agi-angle.storage.googleapis.com/index.html which contains XML with the following data:

<Message>Access denied.</Message>
<Details>
Anonymous caller does not have storage.objects.get access to the Google Cloud Storage object. Permission 'storage.objects.get' denied on resource (or it may not exist).
</Details>
</Error>

Tried different browsers.

Reproduction steps
Just install AGI and try to install ANGLE in Capture New Trace modal dialog.
