Owner on packages (CSBiology, FsMath, FSharp.Stats)

I'm wondering if you could make me (dsyme) owner on Nuget packages for FsMath and FSharp.Stats? Just want to make sure we have backup maintainers. And any other pacakges in fslaborg you feel right?
