Licencing issue

I love this library and wish to incorporate into my wider framework and also wish to attribute back to the original creator. However, I seek clarity as to what licensing is the library e.g. comments state

is it MIT licencing or other wise?

Could also please include License so through GitHub licencing feature so may reference back to library it self.
