Absolutely.

My only question is whether the current repo becomes web or core. That is: do most issues here relate to web stuff, or core stuff?

@andylolz hmmm good question. I guess this is a mixture. My inclination is to keep this as core. (We'd boot the new repo and push all the current code there anywya).

BTW: I'd put this as super-low priority atm versus actual new features see e.g. #102
