Update Personas and Improve Onboarding

Our current personas do not fully represent the different types of users and contributors in the project. We also want to make onboarding easier for new people joining the community.
By updating our personas, we can better understand who uses the project, what they need, and how we can help them get started faster.

Goals

• Create new personas that better represent our users and contributors.
• Understand what new people need when they onboard.
• Improve onboarding (documentation, guides, first steps, contributor paths).
• Help newcomers understand quickly what they can do and how to contribute.
• Align project decisions with real user needs.

Tasks

• Review current personas and onboarding materials.
• Collect feedback from users and contributors (issues, discussions, chats).
• Identify common problems for newcomers.
• Create updated personas including onboarding needs.
• Share and validate the personas with the core team and community.
• Update onboarding documentation (README, CONTRIBUTING, guides, templates).

Deliverables

• Updated personas.
• Summary of onboarding needs per persona.
• Proposal to improve onboarding.
• Updated documentation.
