Allow passkey login bypass when Google IDP is configured #172

Issue
User signed up early using a passkey with a Gmail account. After Google IDP integration was set up, the login flow now requires Google authentication and does not offer the option to use the passkey instead.
User Request
Provide a way to force/use passkey authentication instead of being required to use the Google IDP login, even when Google integration is configured.
Context
- User has early signup with passkey authentication
- Google IDP integration is now active on the account
- Login currently enforces Google IDP flow
- User reports machines already logged in continue to work fine
- User prefers not to use Google login and wants to use their passkey instead
Expected Behavior
User should have the option to authenticate with their passkey rather than being forced through the Google IDP flow.
