[BUG]: context menu to fix typos doesn't show in python

Issue Description

when I see a spelling error in Python code, I'm unable to open the context menu to fix it or add it to my dictionary.

I'm using the basedpyright language server, but that shouldn't make a difference.

Steps to Reproduce

open a python file, add a mis-spelling, try to open the menu.

Expected Behavior

show the menu
